Because the Viet account for more than 80 per cent of the population, if every ethnic group could speak the Viet’s language, all groups would be able to exchange cultures and traditions more easily.
  4. Moreover, the Viet have more opportunities to exchange with the outside world so they update information and knowledge faster. If ethnic groups could speak the Viet’s language, I think they could also read news in Vietnamese and widen their knowledge faster. Those are the reasons why people from ethnic minorities should learn Vietnamese.
