1. SPEAKING TOPICS - ENGLISH 6 SECONDTERM Good morning/afternoon, my dear teachers. My name is I am 12 years old and I am a student in class 6A3 in Vinh Thanh Town Secondary School. I am very , and My topic is number 1, talk about Now I would like to start my topic. (sociable= outgoing: hòa đồng, humorous: vui tính, helpful: hay giúp ích, reserved=shy: e thẹn, active: năng động, careful: cẩn thận, ) TOPIC 1: MY FAVORITE TV PROGRAME There are a lot of interesting TV programes about sports, gameshows, music, series, documentaries and so on but I am still a kid so my favorite TV programe is cartoons, especially Doremon series. It is about a smart cat robot who comes back from the future to help a lazy and clumsy boy named Nobita.I never watch them when I am eating or studying. I often watch cartoons in the evening when I am free. I only watch cartoons for 2 hours each night and then go to sleep before 10 o’clock. I always turn off the TV, the fan and the lights before going to bed. I think I am having a good TV watching habit although I sometimes has a snack when I watch them. In the future I will never eat and even fall asleep when watching TV. That’s the end of my topic. Thanks for listening. TOPIC 2: MY FAVORITE SPORTS AND GAMES I know a lot of sports and games like football, volleyball, basketball, tennis, skipping rope, table tennis, bowling and so on but I like the rope- pulling game very much. It is a traditional game or a folk game. People often play it in traditional festivals or sport events. You need a strong rope, an open space and 10 or more players to play it. 5 or more players in one group try to pull the rope against other group. The winner is the group that pull the rope back to its side. It is very funny and relaxing to watch or play it but you must be careful because it can hurt your hands during the game. That’s the end of my topic. Thanks for listening. TOPIC 3: CITIES IN THE WORLD There are a lot of famous cities in the world such as Paris in France, Sydney in Australia, Beijing in China and so on. I was lucky to have a trip to India last year. It is an amazing country. I have visited New Delhi and Madurai cities. I have watched some snake performances, visited temples and historic buildings. I have also eaten Kebabs. It is the street barbecue of the Indian and it is very delicious. The Indian people are very friendly and the weather has been very hot during the daylight. it was a great experience and I will go to India again some day. That’s the end of my topic. 2. TOPIC 4: MY FUTURE HOUSE Everyone has their own future house. Some like to live in a UFO house. Others like to live in a house boat but I do like to live in a villa near the sea because I want to look at the sea from my window. My house will have white color and a big yard with a swimming pool so I can swim in the summer. There will be 6 bedrooms in my house, one for my parents, one for my husband/wife and me, two for my son and daughter and other two for my guests. There will be also some robots to cook the meals, clean the floors, wash the clothes and do other housework. There will be some wireless TVs and a hi-tech fridge, too. there will be a flower and vegetable garden behind my house as well. my life will be very convenient and comfortable in the future. It is polluted seriously. you can see a lot of rubbish everywhere, on the streets, on the rivers, in the ocean. the air we break is not fresh. the soil is polluted so that it is hard for plants to grow. there is also less fresh water to use. So it’s time to act in order to make our world greener. We should not throw thrash onto the water or on the streets or lands but in the rubbish bins to reduce water polution. we should use public buses or bikes to reduce air polution. we should reduce, use and recycle things to save natural resources, too. That’s the end of my topic. Thanks for listening. TOPIC 5B: MY GREENER WORLD Our world is not green now. It is seriously polluted because of some following reasons. Firstly, people throw rubbish everywhere, on the land, on the streets, on the water and the oceans, that causes soil and water polution. Secondly, there are a lot of smoke from factories and vehicles, that makes the air polluted and acid rains often happen. Lastly, people use too much natural resouces. they use too much oil, gas, coal to generate energy. that puts our world in danger. Therefore, we should stop polluting the land, the water and the air. we should also stop using natural resources and cut down the trees in the forest.
