Yesterday I decided to attend the cooking club at my school, and guess what? We were taught how to make banh bo – my favourite dish. I have the dish every weekend. The ingredients are quite simple. You just need some rice flour, sugar, coconut milk, tapioca starch and some brown yeast. It takes quite a long time to make it, but it’s worth waiting because the flavour is great. I like it because it reminds me of sweet childhood memories. Please come over to my home this summer holiday. I’ll make some banh bo for you.
