1. THÌ QUÁ KHỨ ĐƠN I. Cách dùng - Diễn tả một việc đã kết thúc, được xác định trong quá khứ - Kể lại một câu chuyện hoặc một chuỗi sự việc II. Dấu hiệu nhận biết: - yesterday - last - ago - in 2015, - Ex: When I was a child/ When they were young III. Cách chia động từ: BE QUÁ KHỨ: I, she, he, it (số ít) -> was you, we, they (Số nhiều) -> were Thể khẳng định: S + was / were + Thể phủ định : S + wasn’t / weren’t + Thể nghi vấn : Was / Were + S + ? -> - Yes, S + was/were - No, S + wasn’t/ weren’t Examples: - He was at home yesterday. - They weren’t 12 years old last year. - Was Hoa here 2 hours ago? -> Yes, she was./ No, she wasn’t. - Where were your parents last night? ĐỘNG TỪ THƯỜNG Cấu trúc: V(bqt) S + Ved,d,ied S + didn’t + V(o) - Yes, S + did. Did + S + V(o)? -> - No, S + didn’t. Wh + did + S + V(o)? CÁCH CHIA ĐỘNG TỪ CÓ QUY TẮC - Thường + ed - Động từ có tận cùng là “e” + d - Động từ tận cùnglà phụ âm và y -> ied Tận cùng là nguyên âm (u,e,o,a,i) và y + ed - Động từ có 1nguyên âm ở giữa 2 phụ âm cuối từ 1 âm tiết -> gấp đôi phụ âm cuối + ed (Từ 2 âm tiết trở lên chỉ gấp đôi phụ âm cuối khi trọng âm rơi vào âm tiết cuối) CÁCH ĐỌC ĐỘNG TỪ ĐUÔI “ED” - “ed” được đọc là /id/ sau các âm /t, d/ Ex: needed, wanted, added . - “ed” được đọc là /t/ sau các âm /k, f, p, s, ʃ, tʃ / Ex: cooked, laughed, stopped, missed, washed, watched, - “ed” được đọc là /d / sau các âm còn lại Ex: live, played, cleaned, VỚI ĐỘNG TỪ BẤT QUY TẮC Ex: - He went to school yesterday. - He didn’t go to school yesterday. - Did he go to school yesterday? -> Yes, he did./ No, he didn’t. - Where did he go yesterday? (Lưu ý: Khi mới học chưa nhớ các động từ bất quy tắc thì các em xem từ đang làm có thuộc bảng động từ bất quy tắc theo alphabet không. Nếu không có ở đó thì chia theo quy tắc) HOMEWORK I.
