  5. Moreover, the Viet have more opportunities to exchange with the outside world so they update information and knowledge faster. If ethnic groups could speak the Viet’s language, I think they could also read news in Vietnamese and widen their knowledge faster. Those are the reasons why people from ethnic minorities should learn Vietnamese.
