1. Topic 1: The measures for protecting ocean from pollution. Our oceans are threatened seriously; therefore many actions should be taken to protect them. Firstly, we should use reusable plastic products, reduce to use plastic bags, and place them in proper dustbin because the floating plastic products damage the health of the oceans and marine plants and animals. Secondly, we shouldn’t use herbicides, pesticides, and fertilizers that harm the environment, and we should dispose chemical products in an environmentally safe way. Next, picking up garbage and trash near beaches, tell other people not to litter the beaches. Finally, the governments all over the world should have strict laws to protect the oceans. Topic 2: Talk about the importance of forests Forests are very important to all living things in this planet. We depend on forests for our survival. First, forests are home to many species of plants and animals that could be used as medicine against cancers, and other diseases. Second, forests help conserve the water, keep valuable soil for farming, and help prevent frequent floods, climate change. Next, forests provide timbers, woods for us to use, the fresh air to breathe. Therefore, we must protect our forests. Topic 3: Talk about the importance of national parks National parks are very important to survival of many species of plants and animals and they are also important to our future. First, national parks are large of areas where native plants, animals and the places live. National parks help to protect places of natural beauty and provide safe home to many rare plants and animal species can survive and develop. Second, rare animals can be taken care of better against diseases and prevent from being hunted. Next, national parks help keep the air fresh and keep water clean. Final, national parks give us places to enjoy and help people love plants and animal. They are aware of the need of protecting the wildlife. Topic 4: Talk about the kind of music you love listening to There are many kinds of music in the world today but I really like listening to pop music. My favorite bands are the Uni5, and Zero 9. Every time I feel down I get my phone and start listening to their music to relax. Listening to music helps me to focus better when I do my homework, forget something stupid when I feel bad. I feel better when listening to my favorite songs, sometimes I sing along. I think I will continue listening to music Topic 5: Talk about the kind of films you like to watch I like watching all kinds of film, but I really love romantic comedies. The main reason why I love this type of film is that they always have happy endings. I like films that make me laugh a lot and even keep me smiling for the next few days. I often watch my favorite films when I have free time and I watch the most films in every summer. I have just watched some romantic comedies like “Anh em sieu quay”, Co gai den tu hom qua”. They are really funny and interesting. Topic 6: Talk about the benefits of playing sports Playing sports brings us some benefits. Firstly, it can help you have a healthy life and a fit body and you can have a lower chance of getting a serious illness such as a heart attack or high blood pressure. Secondly, in free time, you can play sports with your friends or your relatives, which helps you get a lots of fun. Furthermore, there are many sports which you can play easily such as badminton, volleyball or football and after that. Moreover, playing sports helps to reduce the time that we spend sitting in front of computers, smart phone or watching television.To sum up, you should take up certain sports before you are too old to do. Topic 7: Talk about one of the historical places in Vietnam Hue Imperial Citadel was first constructed in 1805, and completed in 1832, it was home to the Nguyen Dynasty – Vietnam’s last royal dynasty for 143 years. Hue Imperial Citadel was listed as a World Cultural Heritage by UNESCO in 1993. It is in Hue city, 654 km from Hanoi and 1071 km from Ho Chi Minh City. It comprises 3 sections: the Royal Citadel, the Imperial Enclosure and the Forbidden City. If you visit Hue, you should not miss this famous place.
