Currently being developed at NASA, SkyTran, which looks a bit like an upside down version of the monorail at Disney World, could be the future of city transportation. I’m only 14, therefore if I'm lucky I'll have another 70 years ahead of me. I've been thinking about the future. Personally, I don't think there will be flying cars and robots. Everything will be very green. In fact, my city just started the green bin programme. I think we'll increase our solar and wind energy. Cars will run off very little gas. And 80% of appliances will be environmentally safe. Perhaps even farm skyscrapers in the middle of cities.
  4. I think almost everything will be touch screen. Microwaves, TV remotes, calendars, laptops, cell phones, ovens, etc. It just seems that everything is turning touch screen! Among many programmes, we have one called “Your- Carbon- Footprints”. We carried out surveys to check how big students’ carbon footprints are. The survey checks how students use electricity and water at home. It also checks students’ habits of travelling. The survey shows that 60% of the students had small carbon footprints. This means they are really environmentally friendly. Only 10% had big carbon footprints. Luckily, they said they would do something to save energy and to respect the world around them more. It’s good that the survey has helped the students become more aware of environmental issues. (Dừng) Now listen again. (phát lại bài nghe) (Dừng) II. READING 1. It does not need a runway to take-off, either. It can run on roads and of course it can fly on air, too. I will not have to worry about traffic jams. That is why it will be popular to everyone. IV.
