In a world where machines are better at completing more mundane and physically demanding tasks, humans will have the ability to follow their passions, and pursue more meaningful work. “A team in a physical framework shouldn’t be these big office spaces, it should be maximum eight or 10 people–enough to share two pizzas–that’s what we believe is optimal for being innovative,” says Lyngsứ. “We used to hire people for specific functions because of this conveyer- belt thinking, which was a great way for controlling people, but it’s not how you get the best out of people; In the future it’s about getting the team to flourish.” Lyngso adds that artificial intelligence tools and algorithms will help determine the optimal size and makeup of these teams based on complimentary personality traits and skills. As these teams establish their abilities within an industry or framework, Lyngsứ believes recruiters and employers will try to keep them intact. “We’ll see teams recruited together because they work well together, but also they’ll realize their collective power, and they’ll start moving around as a team, almost like a marching band,” she By Đỗ Bỡnh – THPT Liễn Sơn, Lập Thạch, Vĩnh Phỳc – Trang 2/4

Now that you have some ideas about what you like to do and what you’re good at, you can start gaining skills and an education that put you in a position to pursue your passions. There are many different places where you can hone your skills. Community colleges are often more job oriented and practical, as well as being more affordable. If you have decided your ideal career is a Dental hygienist, mechanic, or veterinary technician this could be a good choice for you! You will receive applicable training in your field and get into the workforce in the shortest amount of time. If you have decided you want to spend several years immersed in a subject you fascinated with, a four-year research university or liberal arts college is for you. But how do you choose which school when there are so many options? Some schools are hyper-focused on a specific area and do not offer as broad of an education. A good example of this is the business school Bentley, which specializes in business subjects so they can really be the best in that particular area but not a good choice if you think you might change majors to a different subject altogether. If you only have a general idea of what you would like to do as a career, you may decide to attend a liberal arts college. These schools offer a broad education in multiple subjects such as math, science, English, art, sociology and history to name a few. An example of a good liberal arts college is Amherst. Going to a liberal arts school often means you have to complete core requirements in multiple different subjects. You will lose the hyper-focus and cutting-edge technology found in some research universities, but you will gain knowledge and skills in many different subjects and learn how to write and reason well and to think crucially. These are some of the key skills you will need to prepare you for jobs that do not exist yet. (Adapted from Question 36. Which is the most suitable title for the passage? A.
